Pricing questions
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to score, review, or read assessments in your organization. Read-only Bryghtpath client access during an engagement does not count.
Can I start on Starter and upgrade?
Yes. Upgrade any time; your assessments and history come with you.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep read-only access to your data after the subscription ends, and you can export everything before or after.
Is there a refund?
A full refund of the first payment within 7 days. After that, cancel any time and keep access to the end of the billing period.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. AI runs on Anthropic Claude through Amazon Bedrock, and customer data is not used to train models.
Need to justify this internally?
The business case page has the alternatives and the time math, with every assumption visible.
