If you find a security issue, we want to hear about it.
How to report
Email support@resiliencypulse.com with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and the impact you believe it has. Include your contact details so we can follow up.
What we commit to
- Acknowledge your report within three business days
- Keep you informed as we investigate and fix
- Credit you, if you want it, once the issue is resolved
Safe harbor
We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith: test only against accounts you own or have permission to use, do not access or alter other customers’ data, do not degrade the service, and give us reasonable time to fix before disclosing. There is no bounty program.
